Most domestic orders are free delivery and will be despatched within 7 working days.

Yes at additional cost, we ship worldwide via Australia Post.

Shipping price includes packaging, postage, international customs declaration and Australia Post lodgement.
Local taxes/duties may apply in destination country. Fightarts Ind. does not accept responsibility for any such costs.

How are your prints shipped?

We use Australia Post, Domestic and International Services to send your print orders. A4 & A3 are usually delivered in a flat pack. Larger prints are usually rolled and delivered in a strong tube or carton.  Just to also let you know that while we can't be held responsible for any issues that may arise once your order has been delivered to Australia Post or another delivery service, we'll still do our absolute best to help find a solution if anything goes wrong.

What is Giclee prints?

Giclee printing is a high-quality digital printing process that uses inkjet technology to create fine art reproductions with high fidelity and longevity. It delivers a fine stream of archive rated pigment ink on fine art papers and canvas, resulting in vivid, pure colour and exceptional detail that are almost indistinguishable from the original. Giclee prints are popular among artists and collectors due to their accurate details, wide range of colors, and long-lasting quality.

What type of paper do you use for your prints?

Hahnemühle Photo Rag 308  a matte surface weighing at 308gsm. One of the world’s most popular papers and the valued all-rounder for high-quality giclée print production. Hahnemühle papers have been certified by independent institutes to be highly resistant to ageing and are vegan, in order to meet the highest requirements for our customers. This white cotton artist’s paper, with its characteristic, wonderfully soft feel, boasts a lightly defined felt structure. Acid and lignin free and is specially designed for fine art applications.

Do you offer framing options for your prints?

No sorry we do not offer framing options, but we recommend framing our prints with a professional framer to ensure the best results or visit https://www.ikea.com/au/en/p/ribba-frame-white-60378424/#content for a wide range of frames.

What is your return and refund policy?

We do not offer returns or refunds but if you are not truely satisfied with your purchase please send us an email and we can arrange a solution.

My prints are not signed and numbered, unless it is a custom made print order which will come with Certificate of Authenticity. Send me details if this is what you would like.

Can I request a custom size for a print?

Yes absolutely!

All print sale purchase/s are final and cannot be refunded.

How do I care for and preserve my Giclee print?

Avoid touching the printed surface. Handle them with clean hands or wear gloves when handling to frame under UV resistant glass and avoid direct sunlight.  If you need to store your prints, do so in acid-free envelopes or sleeves and store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Can I purchase a digital version of your artwork?

I do not offer digital versions of my artwork for sale but request for custom digital portrait can be requested. Get in contact with me.
