Class Description
ATHLETIC STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
With clear purpose for specific training to gain strength and condition your body to be athletic and also lose fat and gain muscle mass. It involves explosive movements, pushing, pulling and pressing with challenging your aerobic cardio and coordination. One of my favourite structured workouts in producing champions.
SELF DEFENCE FOR STRIKING & GRAPPLING
A transformative journey into the fundamentals of striking and grappling techniques. Learn how to punch, kick and grapple in close contact. Boost your confidence in knowing how to defend yourself. A methodical class to gain control, and neutralise threats.
MMA GI & NO GI
Dive into the world of exhilarating exploration of mixed martial arts that embraces the full spectrum of combine Gi and No-Gi techniques seamlessly with MMA 8oz training gloves. Our expert instructor will guide you through a comprehensive training experience, emphasising versatile submissions that enhance your grappling prowess, skill development, tactical proficiency, and a safe discipline environment approach.
TECHNICAL SPARRING
Guided by our rigorous safety guidelines, this session offers a unique opportunity to apply technical skills in a simulated competitive environment. While prioritizing safety at every step and being coached during sparring where you’ll not only elevate your striking experience but also your understanding of controlled sparring dynamics in a practice room with team mates. A session where you learn the most about your techniques and your inner self during pressure.
KICKBOXING
Keeping it simple, influenced and gaining valuable experience working along side with the legend trainer Henri Hooft. You will discover the Dutch style Kickboxing to develop a building block to your stand up striking. Develop skills for correct techniques, enhance coordination and fitness, engage in partner drills and foster a positive mindset, all in a fun and interactive learning environment with the opportunity to learn from former two division One Championship title holder Martin Nguyen.
BOXING
Elevate your boxing game with my specialty in the sweet science of technical Boxing, by repeated repetitions it will meticulously designed to sharpen your techniques, refine footwork, and master the art of defense with finesse in a dynamic exploration of precision and strategy.
